Meditation Monday…

65 days straight of meditation today!!!!!!! Woohoo, tomorrow it’s officially a habit according to the article below!
Recommendation start small, incorporate into your morning schedule. I started with a 25 minute guided meditation cd and worked my way up to 2 hours a day. There are tons of guided medications on iTunes, YouTube and also MD Anderson (Itunes University).
