Cindy and Amanda at it again, lol. They sent my mom to pick me up at 8 am to get me to @joyyogacenter. Abs are still sore from yesterday, but made it through the class!!!!! Never imagined a few weeks ago I would be doing back to back exercise classes when walking up the stairs was such a challenge and leaving the house only happened if there was a Texans game, lol smile emoticon Thanks again to Joy Yoga for having us and my support system for motivating me!!!!
