Mom picked up organic ingredients to make what they call their “Raw Energy Smoothies” and came over to teach us how to make them.
I have been doing great getting 10 juices sometimes up to 13 a day (every hour) but still struggling to find easy healthy meals for lunch and dinner. I don’t have the energy or the time to cook what I should be eating for lunch or dinner, so am planning on using this recipe for my lunch and maybe as part of my dinner (with a salad, etc..).
Soooooooo thankful I have a mom that never gave up on me and my previous unhealthy eating. Now I need her more than ever and she has been super supportive!!
