From what I have learned over the past year, having a healthy mind is one of the most important parts of my transformation. Living a healthy lifestyle, dieting, exercising, fighting cancer, etc….. requires serious dedication and motivation. Without the right mindset you can forget it. I incorporated a meditation schedule into my daily regimen and truly believe it played a huge part in changing my life.
So, for anybody that struggles staying on track with whatever you are trying to accomplish in life, START WITH THE MIND!!!!! Start small, find a pre-recorded guided meditation and try it for a week.
